Qi Gong and Tibetan Bowls Meditation – Mondays

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, repeating until December 28, 2020
Join us on Monday mornings for Qi Gong Forms done for 60 minutes followed by a Tibetan singing bowl meditation for 30 minutes.
These Qi Gong Forms are Standing Postures using The Breath and Movement method. This is appropriate for all Ages.
Qi Gong is one of the most Powerful Healing Traditions ever developed in human history. For thousands of years, millions of people have benefited from Qi Gong. It’s practitioners believes that it maintains health and heals disease. Regular practice of Qi Gong helps to cleanse the body of toxins, restores energy, reduces stress and anxiety and helps individuals maintain a healthy and active Lifestyle.
Suggested Donation is $15 per session.
